Without question it was the most concentrated and valuable training in our company’s 25 year history. Your hands-on style and dive right in approach to training really targeted some key areas for improvement opportunities. While we have just gotten started with the budget, I can tell you without a doubt that it will help us increase our net this year by giving us a scorecard of how we’re doing each month against our plan.
